Fun @ The Fair

Today it's my turn to share over at 3ScrappyBoys and since I've been so bad at blogging I thought I'd share it here as well.  I've had a fun kit to work with this month featuring Bo Bunny Modern Miss.  It's been great to work with and I've found it to be very versatile so don't let the name fool you that it's for girls only.  I've created several neutral ones.  Here's the layout I created this week:
I was totally inspired by this fabulous sketch by Laura Whitaker this time from Stuck?! Sketches.  I have found she is one of my favorite sketch artists.  I seem to see her work at several sites and I am very drawn to her style.  Look how great this is:

I thought I'd share another layout I created for the 3SB newsletter this month as well.  Since we honored the men in our lives this month I thought it only appropriate to create one of my dh and kids together:

I love that big "LOVE" which I fussy cut from one of the pre-designed 4x6 cards. And you want to know the crazy thing and I didn't even realize it until now.  These are from the same sketch.  The bottom one I just rotated it.  I guess you could say I loved this sketch and was very inspired by it!  That's what you get for not scrapping much either.  I totally forgot I'd used this sketch already.  Crazy!  Thanks Laura for some fab inspiration!  It was so great I had to use it twice.  :)

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a fabulous week!!

  1. Your pages are just so sweet, I agree this collection works well for both boys and girls.I also like the way you used the sketch in two different orientations! Thanks for joining us at Stuck>! and for your kind words about my sketches.

  2. Two lovely pages - especially liking the patterned LOVE - setting it on the circle is inspired!

  3. Great take on the sketch Sally! Awesome how you rotated the sketch and used it twice. Great choice of colors and prints, they go perfect with your photos. Thanks for sharing with us at Stuck?!

  4. She IS ever so talented... Isn't she ;)? Such great pages! LOVE how you've taken the palettes right out of the pics themselves! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Stuck?!
