Kristi B:  My August Challenge with my Scrappy Friends is to Scrap Your Summer.

Create a layout using photos from one of your favorite summer memories.

Here is my take on this challenge.  I also combined it with another challenge at My Scraps and More to use a newer line and then an Older line from the same manufacturer that is at least a year old.  I used the orange chevron and blue dot from 2 separate lines - one that is over 2 years old and one that's about 18 months old mixed with the newer Simple Stories I love Summer line.  I used washi tape,  wood veneers and arrows.  It was fun to combine all of these challenges in one.  You should give it a try.
